To improve employee product knowledge and support quality excellence in their medical devices division, the company requested assistance in developing comprehensive and engaging engineering training materials, webinars, and an accessible resource platform.

By leveraging interdisciplinary skills such as graphic, web, and instructional design, I created an innovative internal online learning resource center. This platform integrates webinars, computer-based training modules, and visually engaging training guides in the form of infographics. These resources facilitate an immersive on-demand learning experience, empowering employees to gain a deeper understanding of the products and support quality excellence.
